How fast can you get here?
Often the same day. Text us what's going on and we'll send you a time that works.
Can you come at night or on the weekend?
Yes, any day and any hour. Evenings (6 PM to midnight) are +$30, and late night (midnight to 6 AM) is +$60.
What cars do you work on?
Most cars, trucks and SUVs: American, Japanese, Korean and European. One of us is Toyota-certified. Text us the year, make and model and we'll confirm.
What if you find something else wrong?
We stop and ask you first. Nothing extra gets done without your OK, and by Minnesota law the bill can't go more than 10% over your written estimate.
Is there a minimum charge?
No. You pay the price on the list.
Who buys the parts?
Your choice. Bring your own and we install them, or we pick them up for you (cost plus 25%).
How do I pay?
Cash, Venmo, Cash App or Zelle, after the work is done.
Do you come to my city?
No trip fee in Blaine and 13 nearby cities, out to Brooklyn Park. The rest of the Twin Cities is +$25. Check your city on the Where we go page.
Is the work guaranteed?
We back our work for 30 days. If a repair we did doesn't hold, we come back and fix it at no labor cost.
Does the $75 diagnostic come off the repair?
Yes. If we do the repair, the $75 comes off your bill.
Do you work in the winter?
Yes, all year. On the coldest days we'll tell you if a job is better done on a warmer day.
Do I have to be home?
No. As long as we can get to the car and text you, you can be at work. Apartment lots are fine too.
Is there anything you don't do?
Tires, alignments, suspension and airbags. Those need a shop. Everything else, just ask.
